The service

Chess Owl sells one-time analysis reports of chess games you select. The quote shown before payment states exactly which games are included, which are excluded and why, and the price. That quote is what you buy.

Payment and refunds

• Payments are one-time and processed by Stripe. There is no subscription.
• If the analysis cannot be completed, the full amount is refunded automatically.
• If you believe a report is materially wrong, write to [email protected] within 14 days for a review.

Right of withdrawal

A report is digital content made for you, and its analysis starts as soon as you pay. Before paying, you ask for it to start right away and acknowledge that you then lose the 14-day right of withdrawal that EU consumer law otherwise gives. The refunds above still apply.

Access

Your report is available through a private link for 90 days. Anyone with the link can view the report, so share it only with people you trust. Lost links can be re-sent to your checkout email from the Find my report page.

Your games

You must have the right to submit the games you upload. Analysis is educational and does not detect or allege fair-play violations.
